The Herefordshire Language Network is seeking new interpreters! They manage over 500 assignments monthly across public services, schools, and voluntary organisations across Herefordshire, covering more than 40 languages.
The “Foundation Training for Interpreters” course will be held across 2 days on Saturday 5th October and Saturday 12th October 2024, from 9 am to 5 pm. This 14-hour introductory course costs £30 and is open to speakers of any language, with a special interest in Lithuanian, Tamil, Nepali, Slovak, Dari, Arabic, Bengali, and Thai. Completing the course can lead to paid interpreting work in the county.
