Funding is available from the Household Support Fund to assist households with patients with long term respiratory conditions who are experiencing financial difficulties and living in cold homes in Herefordshire. Talk Community at Herefordshire Council are working collaboratively with health partners, to identify vulnerable patients who may be struggling with energy costs. Vulnerable individuals with long-term respiratory health conditions, identified as being at risk due to their home conditions could be eligible for financial support and energy saving packs.
